Concierge Assistant (SW3)

We are looking for a Concierge Assistant to work in a high-end residential building. As a concierge assistant, you will be responsible for manning the residence's front entrance, making sure that the lobby area is welcoming at all times, and assisting the Concierge-Receptionist with the various front office and administrative tasks.   


Duties included but were not limited to:  

  • Meet and greet all visitors, and create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property;  
  • Assist Concierge-Receptionist with the mixed front desk and administrative duties;  
  • Keep in view the ever-changing residents;  
  • Answer enquiries over the phone, by email, or in person;  
  • Maintain the property standards, procedures and policies;  
  • To stay hospitable, polite, and accommodating to residents, their guests and the public;  
  • Report any security or health and safety issues, incidents and complaints.   


The candidate:  

  • Has to be driven, hardworking, able to take the initiative, self-motivated and flexible;  
  • Can work in a team;
  • Able to multitask;  
  • To have good verbal and written communication skills.  


Working hours: rotation; 7 am - 3 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm (40hrs per week)

Salary: from £25,500

Concierge Assistant (W8)

We are looking for a Concierge Assistant to work in luxurious development. You will be responsible for manning the residence's front entrance and assisting the Concierge with the various front office and administrative tasks.   


Duties included but were not limited to:  

  • Meet and greet all visitors, and create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property;  
  • Assist Concierge-Receptionist with the mixed front desk and administrative duties;  
  • Keep in view the ever-changing residents;  
  • Answer enquiries over the phone, by email, or in person;  
  • Maintain the property standards, procedures and policies;  
  • To stay hospitable, polite, and accommodating to residents, their guests and the public;  
  • Report any security or health and safety issues, incidents and complaints.   


The candidate:  

  • Has to be driven, hardworking, able to take the initiative, self-motivated and flexible;  
  • Due to insurance requirements, all candidates must have a clean UK driving licence for at least two years and be 25 years old;  
  • Able to work as part of a team;  
  • Able to multitask;  
  • To have good communication skills.  


Working hours: rotation; 7am - 3 pm or 3pm to 11pm 

Salary: from £23,425 



Concierge Assistant (SW7)

We are looking for a Concierge Assistant to work in high-end developments. As a Concierge Assistant, you will have to meet and greet the visitors, and assist the residents with various enquiries. This role is for a customer-focused person, who would enjoy working in a luxurious environment.  


Duties included but were not limited to:  

  • Meet and greet all visitors, and create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the property; 
  • Assist Concierge-Receptionist with the various front desk, and administrative duties; 
  • Answer enquiries over the phone, by email, or at the desk; 
  • Maintain the property standards, procedures and policies; 
  • To stay courteous, polite, and helpful to residents, their guests and the public; 
  • Keep in view the ever-changing residents; 
  • Report any security or health and safety issues, incidents and complaints. 


The ideal candidate for the Concierge Assistant position:  

  • Driven, hardworking, able to take the initiative, self-motivated and flexible; 
  • Able to work as part of a team; 
  • Able to multitask; 
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.


Working hours: rotation; 7am - 3 pm or 3pm to 11pm

Property Manager 1

The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to work with residential properties based in London. The candidate will manage his/her portfolio, which is currently made of 7 buildings, and will build relationships with clients, leaseholders, residents and contractors. 


The role includes: 

  • Manage and oversee an allocated portfolio of residential properties; 
  • Dealing politely and professionally with clients, leaseholders and residents, making sure that all buildings requirements and expectations are met; 
  • To be the main point of contact for Landlords and Tenants across the portfolio; 
  • Communicate with landlords and contractors regarding properties and any maintenance works required/actions to be taken, resolving accordingly; 
  • Carry out site visits and deal with routine and emergency maintenance; 
  • Remaining up to date with new legislation and health and safety regulations. 


The ideal candidate: 

  • Has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role; 
  • Has a proficient level in IT (Word, Excel, Outlook); 
  • Passed part 1 of the AIRPM associate exam; 
  • Full rights to work in the UK (if EU citizens then must have at a minimum their pre-approved settled status);
  • Understands the property management process and has a proven background in property management and customer service; 
  • Has the ability to work on your own initiative; 
  • Is punctual and presentable; 
  • Has excellent spoken and written English communication skills. 


Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Working time: Monday - Friday 09:00-17:30 

Salary: from £43,000.00 - £47,000 per year + bonus 

Property Manager 2
